Recorded mostly live off the floor at The Orange Lounge studio (Toronto),
LOVE / STRENGTH / REGRET marks Luke's first pro studio experience, and the first recording with the line-up that he was using as his live band (drummer Karim Moussa and bassist Barry Murray). A sonic leap forward and an indicator that the classic 'power-trio' format was most appropriate to do justice to the material. Recorded at age 15.
